"I had the best experience with New Life. My truck started sliding this week in the rain and I was concerned about heading in to winter with slippery tires. I called New Life on Tuesday and spoke with Deb on the phone. She was great and asked me some questions about the truck and tires and within a few minutes or so called me back with 2 options for replacement tires. Both options were in the price range we had discussed and after making a decision on which tires I wanted, we booked a time for today (Friday) to come in and get my truck's "new shoes".

Once I arrived, the front desk had quite a few people dropping off and picking up their cars, I was taken care of and got to meet some of the other customers. Everyone was really nice and New Life had a great family feel vibe to it. Once the tires were replaced, way faster than I expected, Nate (manager) explained the work that was done, showed me the tires that were replaced and confirmed, "yes, it was time for new tires, especially with winter coming."

This was my first experience with New Life and I will return when something else needs fixing in my forever truck (97k miles)."

She was trying to meet a friend south of Baltimore and needed to have the car repaired in that vicinity. I called to schedule an oil change, they set me up with an 8am appointment (by my request, the earlier the better) and I was out of there by 8:45am.
